I’m a trauma informed integrative therapist, using an empathetic approach to work with whatever you bring.
Because no two people are the same, and neither are their stories. At the heart of my work is empathy. I sit alongside you, not as someone with all the answers, but as someone who’s here to gently hold space for your experiences, the joyful, the messy, and everything in between.
This is a space where you don’t have to wear a mask. My practice is built on trust, safety, and the belief that therapy should feel like a human-to-human connection. I have quite possibly lived through some of the same things as you and I bring my wealth in therapeutic experience to sit with you where you are at, and hopefully help to move you through it and create some understanding around what is happening for you. Connectedly working through goals to help you live the life you truly want to live.
Our sessions are one hour, and during that time, you can bring whatever’s in your heart or on your mind: something that’s been weighing you down for years, a recent experience that’s stirred things up, an upcoming event that feels overwhelming, or simply a question you can’t stop circling. Maybe it’s navigating a big change, processing trauma and grief, exploring long-standing mental health challenges, or finding new ways to manage stress, anxiety or depression.
Whatever you bring, we work through it together — you don’t have to do it alone.
