My counselling approach is grounded in empathy and human connection. I’m here to listen without judgment, offer gentle reflection, and help you make sense of what’s coming up for you. Whether it’s an emotional struggle, a decision you’re facing, or a feeling that something just isn’t sitting right.
Being trauma-informed means I work with sensitivity and care, recognising how past experiences can shape present-day challenges. Whether you're navigating stress, relationship issues, grief, or life transitions, counselling offers a safe container to explore and grow. It’s not about being “fixed” — it’s about being met with compassion, finding clarity, and discovering your own inner resources.
As we work together we find a way to get closer to you living your life as the most unencumbered version of you living your most self-expressed life. Through counselling I work to finding all the hidden parts of yourself and seeing what may not serve you anymore and releasing that part of you.
