About me

Hi, welcome,

I’m a trauma-informed integrative therapist, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work based on what feels right for you. I believe that no two people are the same, and neither are their stories. That’s why I offer therapy that is flexible, intuitive, and grounded in empathy, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

At the heart of my practice is a deep respect for the courage it takes to show up as you are. I’m particularly passionate about supporting people through life transitions such as job loss, breakdown in relationships, becoming a new parents or struggle to become one through infertility or child loss, grief, anxiety, trauma recovery, and that feeling that “something’s not quite right.” Whether you’re carrying something heavy or simply seeking a space to be fully seen and heard, therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to do it alone.

I have experienced life’s up and downs myself and have supported many people finding it tough going for many reasons. I know sometimes it can be hard to move ahead without support, and other times we just need that non-bias empathetic space to explore parts of ourselves, or decisions with someone else to do it with. I am here for it all and will bring no judgement to whatever you bring to therapy and hope to help move you through it. The world is going through so much right now and I believe we all need to offer love and compassion to each other as much as we can.

If you're curious about working together, I’d love to connect and have a conversation.
