Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy for Deep Healing and Personal Growth

Psychotherapy, for me, is a space where deep, lasting change can unfold.

It’s not about quick fixes or surface-level solutions, but about exploring the layers of your inner world with care, patience, and respect.

My commitment to psychotherapy stems from a belief in its power to support healing at the root, for any individual living in this world who has experienced hurt, loss, grief, anxiety, the ending of something, a new beginning, rapid change or change that happens too slow. That is all of us right? Maybe you have experienced trauma or feel stuck in long-standing patterns.

As a trauma-informed integrative therapist, I value the flexibility to draw from a range of modalities, tailoring our work to meet you where you are. These include but are not limited to using a Rogerian approach, ACT, Narrative therapy, creative therapies, psychodynamic therapy, gestalt, conversation model and internal family systems, Psychotherapy offers the time and depth to gently untangle complex emotions, rediscover forgotten parts of yourself, and build a more grounded, connected relationship with your own story.

I see it as a deeply collaborative journey β€” one that honours your pace, your resilience, and your capacity for transformation.
