Meet Indi

I’m a psychotherapist and counsellor based in Melbourne, with a Master of Counselling & Psychotherapy. My approach is structured, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand patterns, regulate their emotions, and build long-term resilience.

In sessions, we slow down and examine what’s really going on underneath the stress, the anxiety, the “stuck-ness.” I draw on evidence-based tools, parts-work (IFS-inspired), and somatic practices so healing feels real, grounded, and lasting.

  • We begin with a free 15-minute consultation, so we both decide if it’s a good fit.

  • Sessions are 60 0r 90 minutes, typically weekly or fortnightly, online or in-person.

  • My style is warm, clear, and safe — we work at a pace that feels right to you.

  • You get practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and a stronger sense of inner security.

  • Sessions cost $140 for 60 mintues or $200 for 90 minutes
